Two of a kind: Yard sofa by Emu
Elastic straps in combination with a rounded aluminium frame - these are the elementary components of the Yard collection. In addition, there is an extensive range of colours, which offers a suitable model for everyone.
The 2-seater sofa is ideal for use in the garden or on the balcony. The aluminium alloy used is protected against the weather and powder-coated.
Designer Stefan Diez
Stefan Diez's design career began in 1991 with his training as a cabinetmaker and continued in 1996 at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, where he received his diploma in industrial design. With the founding of his own studio in 2003, he began to participate in a wide variety of projects - from furnishings to useful items such as table services to industrial design. For his designs he received the "Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany", the "IF Gold award" and the "red dot best of the best award".

Material and size
The Yard Lounge Sofa is made of aluminium and elastic straps (71% propylene fibre, 29% synthetic rubber) and is available in various colours. It is 139 cm wide, 84 cm deep and 77 cm high. The seat height is 40 cm and the armrests are 56 cm high.
