Material and format

The raw material for the production of the ladders is aluminium scrap. After the first remelting we speak of secondary aluminium. In the reprocessing of aluminium, only 5% of the energy is required compared to the production process. This saves the environment from up to 9.87 kilograms of harmful CO2 emissions per kilogram of secondary aluminium.

The bottoms consist of layers of paper pressed under high pressure. So-called Fenix NTM. The material is extremely resilient and the surface is pleasant and touch-friendly. The core of Fenix NTM consists of paper and thermosetting phenol-based resins. This conserves resources and makes the shelf particularly sustainable.

Our tip: the wall ladder also serves as an assembly template, so you can draw in drill holes easily and uncomplicatedly and only need a spirit level and a pencil for assembly.
