Rotation body: the Superluna floor light by Oluce. The designer Victor Vasilev plays with light and shadow with his floor light: the two lampshades can be rotated in the desired direction. This makes it possible to illuminate one side of the room as well as the other side.
Victor Vasilev has christened the light 'Superluna'. And indeed, the designer lamp looks as if it had sprung directly from a science fiction film. The matt-white or matt black colour also underlines this effect. Despite all this, the Superluna 397 design lamp does not look bulky but graceful and classy.
The components
Basically, the Oluce floor lamp consists of four parts: a base, a rod and two lampshades in different sizes. It does not need more for an extraordinary designer lamp. With a height of 175 cm the luminaire can not be overlooked, the round lamp base has a diameter of 28 cm.
Designer
Victor Vasilev designed the Superluna floor light with the run to the Orbit 2015. We believe, however, that due to its extraordinary design, this could still be a true lighting classic. The architect Vasilev was born in 1974 in Bulgarian Plovdiv. At the age of fifteen, his family turned their backs on Bulgaria and emigrated to Israel. In 2004, he set up his own design studio in Milan and won several prizes.
