Antonio Citterio

The worldwide renowned designer Antonio Citterio was born in Meda, Italy, in 1950. After his graduation in architecture at the Milan Polytechnic, Citterio designed, among other things, numerous pieces of furniture. Also for the Italian manufacturer Kartell, Antonio Citterio has created some designs that are very popular among connoisseurs.

The beautifully shaped products made in Milan combine industrial know-how with an unusual design language, which has earned the manufacturer a great reputation on the international stage. It is above all the famous plastic furniture that has already achieved cult status. 

Material and format

The honeycomb aluminium tabletop is only 15 mm thick. The surface is made of white laminate, the edges of methacrylate are coloured on the underside to better show off the deep transparency. The technopolymer legs ensure durability and aesthetics.

The table top of Spoon Table is available in three different sizes and there are also three colour combinations to choose from for the coloured base and edges.
