Slim, slimmer, Slim Irony. The high-quality consoles by the Italian manufacturer ZEUS not only impress with their straight-lined, geometric look and delicate, minimalist design. Thanks to the robust materials and special coating, they are also extremely durable.
The furniture made of square tubular steel radiates a modern, elegant aesthetic that captivates any room. On the delicate frame, books, accessories and co seem to float in the room.

Exploratory urge
Maurizio Peregalli is not only the mastermind behind the design, but also one of the co-founders of ZEUS. Today, he is a partner and creative director of the Italian company. In his work, he stands out as a tireless experimenter and explorer of new materials and always tries to combine his designs with reused industrial products.
Peregalli also organises exhibitions and cultural initiatives at the ZEUS showroom in Milan. The aim: to discover and present new designers, craftsmen and young producers from all over the world.
Material and format
Slim Irony is 124 cm wide, 31 cm deep and can be ordered with a height of 64 cm or 100 cm. The console is made of solid square steel tubing and is available in three colour finishes:
- Copper black epoxy lacquered frame with sand effect, black phosphated sheet steel support
- Frame and support copper-black epoxy lacquered with sand effect
- Frame and support white gaufriert epoxy lacquered
The special lacquer finish as well as the phosphor coating make the console extremely resistant to chemicals and water.
Notes: Over time, a patina can develop on the phosphated sheet metal, which further enhances the surface optically. The surface has been treated with beeswax. Please therefore first clean the console with a dry cloth to remove traces of oxidation and wax. Use a non-aggressive cleaning agent for subsequent cleaning. It is recommended to impregnate the surface with beeswax twice a year.
