The Skagen outdoor table makes a particularly elegant and solid impression. It is named after the northern tip of Denmark and its design refers to the late 19th century - a time when many painters stayed on the coast of Denmark. It therefore epitomises Nordic design with all its timelessness and high-quality materials.
Material and format
The table is 140 cm wide, 78 cm deep and 73 cm high. It is made from 100% FSC-certified teak. As the wood is untreated, the surface will patinate over time and eventually turn a beautiful silver grey. If you want to maintain or intensify the original honey-golden colour, use a suitable furniture oil regularly. Due to the high content of natural oils, the wood is resistant to wind and weather in everyday life with or without treatment. Nevertheless, Skagerak by Fritz Hansen recommends covering or storing the furniture in winter.
