Light disc: Chrona wall lamp by Graypants
The circular Chrona wall lamp is all about time. Its very name is inspired by Chronos, who, according to Greek mythology, symbolises the passage of time and the duration of life. And visually, the large pendulum of a grandfather clock immediately comes to mind when you look at the noble light disc.
The ravages of time
The high-quality disc made of turned brass and acrylic in combination with the diffuser provides a pleasantly luminous glow and is thus reminiscent of a star that has burnt out over the years. Let Chrona shine on your room walls and set a wonderful accent in your living spaces. Design from Seattle
The designers Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker come from Seattle, where they also founded their design studio. After the outstanding success of their Scraplights luminaire collection, the designers ventured to Europe and have since maintained a second studio including their own production in Amsterdam.
Responsible production is close to the hearts of Seth Grizzle and Jonathan Junker - this is why the Graypants founders follow this principle in Seattle as well as in Amsterdam.
