From one cast: Samsa table lamp Pulpo
The design for the Samsa table lamp by Pulpo comes from the well-known designer Sebastian Herkner. Through him, the material - cast aluminium - is brought to a completely new lightness. Function and appearance of the design lamp are perfectly connected. The material is recycled and thus also contributes its part to a more sustainable future. "The name comes from Kafka's "The Metamorphosis", in which a human being mutates into a beetle", says the designer.
Material and format
The luminaire is available in two versions "Aluminium Brut" and "Aluminium Blast" (blasted). The luminaire is 26 cm wide, 26 cm deep and 35 cm high. The base is E27. The light is distributed downwards in an elegant way. The switch of the lamp is on the cable.
