The Rock High Table by MDF Italia is an extraordinary design object designed by Jean-Marie Massaud.
Pure design
Jean-Marie Massaud is famous for his extravagant designs, which appear bold and daring, but convincing on the whole line. The fact that the designer brings together insurmountable opposites creates design objects of a very special kind.
For the Rock high table Jean-Marie Massaud used solid concrete, which he combined with a filigree tabletop. These can be ordered online in similarly coloured concrete or made of lacquered MDF board.
The Rock Table is suitable for use in both private and public areas. As the center of the room - combined with matching bar stools - the Rock Table is a real eye-catcher.
Material processing
MDF Italia always values a careful selection of the materials used. For example, the Rock Table did not use conventional concrete but a carefully dyed, fiber-reinforced special concrete mixture.
In the concrete top version, you can even use the Rock Table outdoors. The weather can lead to colour changes of the concrete, which is a normal aging process.
