Innovative: Press wooden chair from MDF Italia
The Press chair epitomises innovative research in the field of seating design. Designer Benjamin Hubert explains: "When we work with a material, we want to fully utilise its potential." After two years of intensive development, Press was born, named after the production process that makes it possible to create complex shapes from three-dimensional veneer.
The characteristic curvature of the body not only gives the chair stability and lightness, but also conveys a visual and tactile feeling of comfort. The wooden structure imitates the soft contours of upholstered seating and emphasises the progressive approach of this design.
With its clear, minimalist design language, the chair is suitable for both residential and commercial environments such as hotels, bars or restaurants. It offers flexibility with different frame options, including bent wood legs, butterfly-shaped versions or stackable tubular steel frames.
MDF Italia - Italian design furniture
