The beautiful Ply Rug by Danish designer Margrethe Odgaard is both elegant and simple. The hand-woven rug comes with a classic zig-zag pattern and a harmonious, fashionable colour scheme, creating a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.
Margrethe Odgaard
Born in 1978, the Danish designer completed her training at the Danish Design School and the Rhode Island School of Design in the USA. Simple, graphic patterns with a twinkle in her eye - that's how you could describe her style. Most of her work is made from textiles such as silk, linen and cotton, but also from paper. She cites encounters with other people, music and art as her greatest sources of inspiration.
Material and format
The rug is made from 100% high-quality New Zealand wool and has small tassels on the sides. Thanks to the different colours and sizes, the rug is suitable for all rooms, whether for the entrance area, under the dining table or in living rooms and children's rooms.
