Cosy and soft: Pleece Throw blanket Design House Stockholm

The Pleece collection includes many different textiles - scarves, ponchos, jackets and a wonderfully soft blanket. A wide range of colours and the pleated shape of the blanket make it a timeless home accessory that never goes out of fashion.

Marianne Abelsson began working for Design House Stockholm back in 1997. Her designs include the Pleece collection, the Tid ceramic clock, a candlestick table lamp and various textiles.

Material and format

The Pleece blanket is made from a unique blend of 75% polyester and 25% viscose. The pleating process to which the fleece is subjected also provides extra volume and additional softness. The fabric retains its creases even after washing. Only wash the blanket at 40 degrees and air dry flat. The blanket measures 140 x 170 cm.
