Multi-part: PH 5 - 4 1/2 pendant lamp Louis Poulsen
Already in 1925/26, the famous designer Poul Henningsen designed a three-part lampshade that was to become famous. As with all designs, Poul Henningsen's main concern was to create luminaires with glare-free light, so that they cast soft shadows and the light cone is perfectly aligned.
The model PH 5 - 4 1/2 pendant lamp belongs to the 30-model series with three-part shade, three of which are outdoor luminaires.
Louis Poulsen - lighting design from Denmark
The Danish luminaire manufacturer was already founded in 1874 and has been producing products dedicated to the duality of design and light ever since.
