The PAPYON collection by designer Arnd Küchel
Arnd Küchel, the renowned Swiss designer and architect, was inspired by nature when creating the Paypon collection: This inspiration found expression in the first sketches of PAPYON, and the similarities between the organic forms of nature and the DEDON fibre became clear. Küchel endeavoured to capture this connection in his collection and the result is a harmonious fusion of natural beauty and contemporary design.
Material and format
The frame of the chair is made of powder-coated aluminium and the fibres with which the chair is wrapped are the well-known Dedon fibres. The chair has a width of 53.5 cm, a height of 35.5 cm and a depth of 77 cm.
