Description
Design classic: Panthella Table table lamp Louis Poulsen
The Panthella table lamp is characterised by its harmonious, calm shape. The semi-circular shade provides a soft, pleasant light. It is translucent and emits the light downwards from the inside so that it is reflected by the trumpet-shaped rod of the lamp. The design was created in 1971 by Danish architect Verner Panton. The glare-free light, the soft geometric silhouette and its elegant simplicity have made the table lamp a timeless classic.
Louis Poulsen - lighting design from Denmark
The Danish lighting manufacturer was founded in 1874 and has been producing products dedicated to the duality of design and light ever since. The luminaires are designed for a wide variety of purposes and are therefore particularly functional. Louis Poulsen produces both indoor and outdoor luminaires in close collaboration with well-known designers such as Poul Henningsen, Arne Jacobsen, Verner Panton, Øivind Slaatto, Alfred Homann, Oki Sato and GamFratesi. The manufacturer has thus established itself as one of the most important global suppliers of lighting elements.Technical details
