New from Vitra: the legendary Occasional Table LTR with mahogany table top.
Application artist
The reason why the Occasional Table LTR has become a real classic at Vitra is, of course, partly because the table was designed by the famous design couple Charles & Ray Eames.
Secondly, the Occasional Table LTR is a real all-rounder! The small table not only cuts a fine figure when used as a side table, but also as a chic minimalist bedside table or - grouped together - as a coffee table variant.
Incidentally, the abbreviation LTR stands for "low table rod base", which means low table with a round tubular frame.
Workmanship
Just in time for the cold season, Vitra brings cosiness into our four walls. The tubular steel base, which you can order here in the black or chrome-plated version in the online shop, provides a nice contrast to the Occasional Table.
Incidentally, the design of the base is reminiscent of the Eiffel Tower base of the Eames Plastic Chairs, which is why the Occasional Table LTR combines wonderfully with them.
