Round back: Oaki chair from Northern. For what such a round back is good for? For an excellent seating comfort, as the backrest clings pleasantly against the back of the seated person.
The legs of the chair also look really nice and long: these go from floor to backrest, which gives the Oaki chair that certain something. And the four chair legs are also in inclined position. If you would attribute a character to a chair, Oaki would be a character chair.
Design
Designer Stine Aas managed to combine Scandinavian design and Japanese craftsmanship with the Oaki chair. The result is impressive, the Oaki chair impresses with an airy-light appearance, which fits perfectly into any dining room or kitchen, without crowding the respective space.
Material and size
The Oaki design chairs are made of oak. The frame is made of solid oak, seat and back made of laminated oak veneer. You can choose between two colours: light oak and smoked oak. Light oak looks a little bit more attractive, while smoked oak is a bit more eye-catching. Oaki by Northern weighs 3.7 kilograms.
The Oaki chair is 56 cm wide, 53 cm deep and 75 cm high. The seat height is comfortable 46 cm.
