Learned from the bottom up: designer Alexander Seifried
Alexander Seifried knows exactly how to build furniture. At the age of 18, he graduated from his carpentry apprenticeship as 2nd guild winner and then completed an apprenticeship at 3F Design in Stuttgart, specialising in interior design and furniture design. Only two years later, he presented his first own furniture collection and made it into the renowned manufacturing companies Richard Lampert, Magazin, frauMaier and Elmar Flötotto.
Richard Lampert: Design made in Germany
In 1993, Richard Lampert founded his company in Stuttgart with the aim of industrially producing furniture and objects of daily use that combine quality craftsmanship, design standards and sustainability. Richard Lampert's collections cover a wide range of areas, from outdoor furniture to living space and office furniture. Well-known designers such as Egon Eiermann and Herbert Hirche stand alongside unconventional and lesser-known international designers.
Material and format
The base of the Design Swivel Stool by Richard Lampert is made of cast aluminium, available in aluminium colour or black, the seat is available in natural oak or black lacquer. The swivel stool is height-adjustable from 43 cm to 56 cm and has a diameter of 34 cm.
