The Moon pendant lamp by Verpan hangs in the air like a sculptural home accessory. Its round shape is reminiscent of the moon, in keeping with its name, and the many individual layers can be interpreted as phases of the moon. Thus, movement is brought into the design lamp and the rigid image of the classic lamp is broken.
Designer Verner Panton
As an inspiring and colourful personality, Verner Panton has a unique sense for colours, shapes, light function and space. In the course of his career, the designer produced modern luminaires with personality that cannot be found in any other Scandinavian designer.
