Balanced shape: Model 566 Table LED table lamp Astep
Metal - the material is at the forefront of the luminaire design for Model 566 by designer Gino Sarfatti. Through his reduction process a design luminaire with a balanced and elementary form was created.
The lamp body is cleverly supported by a simple rubber ring, which provides the perfect amount of friction for infinite adjustment. The base, which was originally made of cast iron, is now made of an alloy of aluminium, magnesium and copper, which offers better resistance to corrosion, does not cause atmospheric pollution during production and is recyclable. The design is enhanced by a familiar push-button on/off switch integrated into the base.
Astep - Luminaires with generation
Astep was founded by Alessandro Sarfatti, son of Riccardo Sarfatti, the founder of Luceplan and grandson of Gino Sarfatti, the founder of Arteluce. The experience of three generations is now combined in the latest technology. At the same time Astep stands for the admiration of timeless inventions. Because both Arteluce and Luceplan created one icon after the other, luminaires of inimitable beauty.
