The convertible: Marie Dining Chair from Freifrau
The Marie Chair, created by the design duo Hoffmann Kahleyss, welcomes us with seemingly outstretched arms and immediately conveys a feeling of cosiness and security. Marie's unique look is characterised by the lavish upholstery of the backrest shell, which is supported by a filigree tubular steel frame. The design classic is now also available in a lower version and without armrests. In addition, a new wooden frame has been developed for both versions, giving the design language a unique and particularly cosy touch.
Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur - The brand with the favourite piece guarantee
Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur was founded in 2012 by Hansjörg Helweg. Together with a team of well-known designers and new talents, he develops seating furniture that is characterised by its attention to detail and its claim to sustainability. The designs combine traditional craftsmanship and selected, durable materials.
It is particularly important to the manufacturer that the seating furniture is not only pleasing to the eye, but also to the other senses. This is achieved through the use of pleasant wood, leather with a good grip and soft fabrics. This makes each piece of seating furniture unmistakably unique and a real favourite.
Material and format
The Marie Low Dining Chair is 630 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 850 mm high. The seat height is 420 mm. The steel or wooden frame is available in different versions and there is also a wide range of textiles and colours to choose from for the upholstery.
