Zeitraum - Design furniture from the bavarian alpine upland
If you gently stroke the surface of a piece of furniture by Zeitraum with your hand, you will feel the warm and unique character of the wood. Life in the Alpine region is characterised by the conscious use of limited resources. This fact gives rise to a sense of responsibility and a long-term approach, to which the manufacturer Zeitraum is committed. The respectful treatment of the natural habitat and the timeless designs made of durable materials are the result.
Since its foundation in 1990, the German manufacturer has pursued the idea of combining design and ecology, and therefore only uses hardwoods from sustainable forestry and does not use any chemical treatment of the wood.
The design language of the designer furniture and lighting is unobtrusive and characterised by the organic structure of its materials. Each tree ring tells the life story of the German forests and in the furniture of Zeitraum the soul of nature consciously lives on. The uniqueness in colour and grain makes each piece unique.
A wealth of experience of the typical regional wood craft in Southern Germany, which has grown over the centuries, forms the basis of the beautifully designed and high-quality products of Zeitraum. In combination with the most modern processing technologies, products are created that have a high practical value and can be provided with the Made in Germany seal of quality.
