Tecta - Synonym for Bauhaus
Tecta has been synonymous with Bauhaus for over 40 years. Today, the family business is run by Christian Drescher in Lauenförde in the fourth generation. Tecta is committed to preserving the ideas and designs of the Bauhaus period in Weimar and Dessau, to constantly reviewing them and also to rethinking them in series such as bauhausNowhaus. The evolutionary approach of continuous improvement is based on the use of modern techniques and innovative materials.
Entertaining trends are not only challenging the wallet, but also our environment, because they are not sustainable. For this reason Tecta wants to extend the life cycle of good designs, both socially and environmentally.
