The industrial designer Nani Marquina launched her eponymous label in 1987. With her modern carpets, she broke new ground in Spain at that time; there simply was nothing like it. To offer her customers the greatest possible variety, Nanimarquina works with national and international designers.

Re-rug collection

Reducing the carbon footprint and resource consumption is a long-term goal of Nanimarquina. The company, which has been certified as climate-neutral since 2021, is constantly developing strategies for the circular economy in order to reduce waste and at the same time keep the quality and design of the products at the highest level.

The best example is the Re-Rug collection, for which the collected wool scraps from suppliers are used. For each Re-Rug, 1 kg/m2 of recycled wool is used, which directly contributes to the reduction of "unmanaged waste" and reduces CO2 emissions as no new material needs to be produced.
