L&C Stendal - Tradition and innovation
What began with a garden chair at the end of the 19th century developed into a comprehensive company with revolutionary designs. L&C Stendal was founded on the idea of father and son Arnold to set up their own factory. And so the factory premises in Stendal were created. The range was quickly expanded to include washbasins, slides and bottle cabinets made of metal. The close proximity to the Bauhaus Dessau finally ensured a fruitful cooperation with the institution's well-known architects and design greats. Many of the designs created at that time are today cornerstones of the L&C Stendal range.
Expressiveness and uniqueness as well as the use of high-quality tubular steel are at the heart of the manufacturer's designs. L&C Stendal stands between the traditional Bauhaus era and visions of design in the 21st century - the perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
