The seat of the design stool has three layers, the seat itself is upholstered, and two seat cushions in leather or fabric lie on top. The witty design makes Little Tom a likeable companion in your home. The cushions are not removable. Little Tom is available in different colours and with different covers. And if you don't want your Little Tom to stay alone, you can bring him together with the rest of the Tom family by Richard Lampert: There is also a matching two-layer stool, a bar stool and a small side table.
Learned from the bottom up: designer Alexander Seifried
Alexander Seifried knows exactly how to build furniture. At the age of 18, he graduated from his carpentry apprenticeship as the second guild winner and then completed an apprenticeship at 3F Design in Stuttgart, specialising in interior design and furniture design. Only two years later, he presented his first own furniture collection and made it into the renowned manufacturing companies Richard Lampert, Magazin, frauMaier and Elmar Flötotto.
Richard Lampert: Design made in Germany
In 1993, Richard Lampert founded his company in Stuttgart with the aim of industrially producing furniture and everyday objects that combine quality craftsmanship, design standards and sustainability. Richard Lampert's collections cover a wide range of areas, from outdoor furniture to living space and office furniture. Well-known designers such as Egon Eiermann and Herbert Hirche stand alongside unconventional and lesser-known international designers.
Material and format
Little Tom is made of upholstery and steel, the tubular steel frame is powder-coated black RAL 9005, the height is 43 cm. The following seat cover/cushion colours are available:
