High standards: Leya Wingback wing chair by Freifrau Sitzmöbelmanufaktur
Responsible for the high seating comfort of this wonderful wing chair is the large, winglike backrest, which also gave the design chair its name.
The design duo Birgit Hoffmann and Christoph Kahleyss have designed Leya as their favourite place. Like every model in the Leya family, the Wingback is characterised by its soft interior upholstery.
Material and size
Leya is 104 cm high, 70 cm wide and 85 cm deep - with a seat height of 42 cm. The height of the armrests is 52 cm. It has a black wire frame and can be selected with different leather/fabric covers:
- Maple: 81% viscose, 15% linen, 4% polyester
- Novum: 96% WV, 4% PA
- Opera: 96% WV, 4% PA
- Shake: 95% WV, 5% PA
- Topia: 95% WV, 5% PA
- Bergen: 100% merino wool
- Sahco Safire: 43% viscose, 17% acrylic, 15% wool, 8% linen, 8% polyester
- Steelcut Trio: 90% virgin wool, (worsted), 10% nylon
- Gobelin: 100% Woven in Belgium
- Vidar: 94% Virgin Wool
- Rubelli 3D: Rubelli Velours Tresse, 100% Cotton
- Orient: 1.3-1.5 mm strong soft cowhide nappa leather with distinctive mill grain in Ebony, Cacao or Cognac
- Sahara: 1.0-1.2 mm soft, full-grain nappa leather with a pleasantly soft feel in the colour variants Anthracite, Cognac, Ebony, Stone
- Canvas: elegant upholstery fabric made of wool with a calm, monochrome appearance that, on closer inspection, contains shimmering colour nuances, fine contrasts and elegant structures. The upholstery fabric consists of 90% virgin wool, worsted yarn and 10% nylon, material dyed. Colour differences may occur. In our online shop you can get different colour variations
- Harald: innovative blend of 100% cotton, piece-dyed. The pattern is cotton velour without selvage. Colour differences may occur. In our online shop you can get different colour variations.
- Cairo: 1.3 - 1.6 mm soft thick leather
- Muscat: 0.9 - 1.1 mm cowhide nubuck leather with elegant, patinated surface
- Elmosoft: Oak supple semi-aniline leather
- Adora: 0.9 - 1.1 mm pure aniline natural cowhide
- Opium: 1.0 - 1.2 mm Super soft natural nappa leather with unique feel
