Pleasant light: Lampe de Bureau table lamp from Vitra
This small table lamp was designed to furnish the Cité Universitaire de Nancy. There it was used in the functional student rooms, because its light falls pleasantly onto the table through the folded sheet steel. The powder-coated sheet steel is available in three colours, which together with the simple contours complement any ambience.
Jean Prouvé - French design
Jean Prouvé called himself a constructor all his life, because he was both designer and producer of his designs. From letter openers, lamps and furniture to prefabricated houses - the work of the French designer is particularly extensive and includes just about everything that can be designed and industrially produced.
Material and format
The design luminaire is made of powder-coated sheet steel and is supplied with illuminant. It is available in three different colours: Japanese Red, Deep Black and Mint. The lamp is 24 cm wide, 14.5 cm deep and 22.5 cm high.
