Cloud tower: kumo high table lamp by pulpo
Simple and yet expressive - the kumo high lamp by pulpo combines two glass spherical shapes and a solid base made of limestone to create a small work of art. The stylistic design was inspired by traditional Japanese paper lanterns on the one hand and elements from nature on the other. So the name of the designer lamp is no coincidence. Kumo goes back to the name Cumulus, which describes a compact, piled-up cloud shape.
By the way, the design comes from No-made, the Dutch design team around Cleo Maxime and Linde Freya. The designers are known for putting special materials into a cultural dialogue in their designs.

pulpo is a design-editeur for high-end home products - fascinated by the craft of ceramic and glassblowing workshops and guided by the raw aesthetics of these unique pieces.
pulpo's philosophy goes back to the idea of the "Carte Blanche". The designers and artists develop their designs freely and experimentally. A variety of materials and a soft spot for structure are clear strengths here.
Pulpo's headquarters are located in Weil am Rhein, near the Swiss border. Consisting of a creative and sales department, warehouse and logistics, this is the think tank for the artists and designers. pulpo's dealer network extends far beyond Weil am Rhein, from Iceland to Dubai and Australia.
