Indoor-Outdoor: BK15 dining table by Carl Hansen
Made of solid teak, the BK15 dining table by Carl Hansen withstands rough weather and also develops a beautiful patina over the years. The dining table was developed in perfect height to the corresponding dining chairs.
The Design Dining Table was designed as part of a collection that includes expertly crafted and well-proportioned furniture whose design was inspired by the style of cubism and contemporary architecture.
In addition to the dining table, the indoor-outdoor series by Kjær includes a lounge chair, a side table, a dining chair, a two-seater bench, a rocking sofa and a sun lounger. Bodil Kjær
The Danish professor and architect Bodil Kjær contributed significantly to the spread of Modern Danish Design by promoting the relationship between design and architecture. She approached the design of furniture from a technical point of view that closely interacted with modern architecture and the physical characteristics of the designs.
