Simply beautiful: The JL341 pendant lamp from Artek
The pendant lamp has been delighting people since 1969 with its generous lampshade, which reflects a soft and diffuse light. Intricately crafted by hand, the lamp is not only a masterpiece of craftsmanship directly from Finland, but also a minimalist eye-catcher. The architect Juha Leiviskä found above all the beauty in simplicity and therefore created this lamp of white lacquered aluminum.
The lamp measures 56 cm in diameter as well as 17 cm in height.
Artek - always modern
Artek was founded in 1935 in Helsinki by four young idealists: Alvar and Aino Aalto, Maire Gullichsen and Nils-Gustav Hahl. With their designs they wanted to promote a modern culture of living. The radical spirit of its founders still lives in Artek today, and so the company produces furniture from the world of modern design that stands at the intersection of design, architecture and art. They are characterized by clarity, functionality and poetic simplicity.
