Designer Patricia Urquiola
Patricia Urquiola has revolutionised the design world. The designer was born in 1961 in Oviedo, Spain, but lives and works in Milan. in 2001, she founded her own design studio. Since then, she has designed numerous outstanding products and received several awards for her work. Patricia Urquiola was awarded the "Designer of the Year" and the "Designer of the decade" award, among others. The Spanish King Juan Carlos I himself honoured her with the "Order of Isabella the Catholic".
