Wall decorations and home accessories by Umasqu
The modern decoration brand Umasqu was founded by Tzachi Nevo. He graduated in Industrial Design from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in 1990 and worked for 25 years in various positions in the advertising and weaving world. He finally returned to the world of design with his well-known images of human faces and animal heads . He finds his inspiration in various formal languages, such as Mid Century Modern, Steampunk and Cubism. The pieces he designs are not unique, but they are limited in quantity. For Nevo, the focus is on creating affordable art.
Material and format
The masks are made of a combination of different materials: veneer, MDF, Formica, Plexiglas, plastic and felt. They are coloured with high quality Molotow premium inks for the best UV and weather resistance .
- Note: Umasqu masks are handmade and therefore unique. Thus, unique imperfections and variations in the same models are desired and not a reason for complaint -
