Soothing look: Hex doormat from Heymat
With the new Hex doormat from Heymat, the hexagon and circle form a wonderful symbiosis. The repeating shapes create a calming look and a special structure that enhances the doormat not only in terms of design but also functionally. This makes Hex a high-quality eye-catcher that protects your living space from dirt and dust.
Heymat - Scandinavian design
The couple Sonja Djønne and Thoralf Lian founded Heymat with the idea of combining the high quality requirements placed on industrial doormats with modern Norwegian design. Thoralf Lian's experience in industrial floor mats is based on three generations of knowledge. His wife Sonja Djønne, with her interest in interior architecture and design, contributes the aesthetic component that gives Heymat floor mats their special look. They are made from recycled materials that are not only good for the environment, but are also easy to clean.
Material and format
Hex is made from 50% recycled polyester and polypropylene. The backing is made from 20% recycled nitrile rubber and prevents moisture from soaking into your floors. Thanks to its textured pattern , the doormat is also a very effective dirt and dust trap.
Hex has a height of approx. 8 mm and can be ordered in the sizes 45x75 cm and 55x90 cm. In terms of colour, you can choose between light Desert and dark Soil.
Please note: The production of a Heymat mat involves a high proportion of manual labour. Therefore, there may be slight variations in size, colour and appearance.
The mat is suitable for floors with underfloor heating, although it should be noted that some floors may react sensitively if they are covered.
For cleaning, we recommend shaking out or vacuuming the mat regularly and, if necessary, washing it at 40 degrees and drying it flat.
