Table companion: Gustave battery lamp by Flos
With the Gustave rechargeable luminaire, designer Van Duysen pursued the goal of creating a luminaire especially for table lighting that adapts to different interiors and moods with ease. Gustave also more than lives up to this claim.
Portable and rechargeable, Gustave is a flexible light source that, thanks to its compact format, can be placed on a wide variety of table surfaces without taking up unnecessary space. The restrained design and the various colour options also make the table lamp visually versatile - indoors as well as outdoors.
Optimal illumination of the table is ensured here by a system patented by Flos, in which a series of asymmetrical emission lenses are arranged all around and distribute the light diagonally 360º around the luminaire
