Whether guest room, youth room or holiday home - the Guest wooden bed from Zeitraum is a high-quality and simple stacking bed. Two loungers on top of each other form a couch for the day, which is made comfortable by deep back cushions. The couch can be used as a bed or double bed.
Design duo Hertel & Klarhoefer
Peter Christian Hertel and Sebastian Klarhoefer have known each other since school days and studied architecture together in Berlin and Venice. During their studies at the Instituto Universitario di Architettura in Venice, they developed their first furniture designs with Aldo Rossi. In 1999 they founded their joint design agency Hertel & Klarhoefer, whose team includes product designers, interior designers and carpenters. From conceptual ideas to technical product developments, the agency's portfolio is extensive.
Zeitraum - Design furniture from the Bavarian foothills of the Alps
Life in the Alpine region is characterised by the conscious use of limited resources. This fact gives rise to a sense of responsibility and longevity to which the manufacturer Zeitraum has committed itself. The result is a respectful approach to the natural environment and timeless designs made from durable materials. Since its foundation in 1990, the German manufacturer has pursued the idea of combining design and ecology and therefore uses only hardwoods from sustainable forestry and refrains from chemical treatment of the wood.
