Stony: Grain doormat Granite from Heymat

The Grain doormat - designer Stine Aas ' first project for Heymat - looks like a small path of stones and pebbles. Inspired by natural materials and colours, organic patterns and structures come together here, with no two shapes alike. With her design, Stine Aas creates a special look that is characterised by delicate contrasts and a tactile surface . Grain is sure to be the highlight of your hallway!

Absorbency

Dirt and moisture don't stand a chance against the fluffy surface in beautiful granite colours. They are wonderfully absorbed and are barely noticeable thanks to the unique pattern. The rubber underside ensures that the doormat always stays in place.

Heymat - Scandinavian design

The couple Sonja Djønne and Thoralf Lian founded Heymat with the idea of combining the high quality requirements placed on industrial doormats with modern Norwegian design. Thoralf Lian's experience in industrial floor mats is based on three generations of knowledge. His wife Sonja Djønne, with her interest in interior architecture and design , contributes the aesthetic component that gives Heymat floor mats their special look. They are made from recycled materials that are not only good for the environment, but are also easy to clean.

Material and format

Typically Heymat, Grain is also produced sustainably. The textile top side is made from 100% recycled plastic. The non-slip underside is made of nitrile rubber. The high-quality, hard-wearing doormat is designed for indoor use.

Grain is 7 mm high and can be ordered in three different sizes:

60x85 cm
85x115 cm
85x150 cm

Notethe production of a Heymat doormat involves a high proportion of manual labour. Therefore, there may be slight variations in size, colour and appearance.

Cleaningvacuum the doormat with a hoover before washing. Grain can be washed at 60 °C in the washing machine. Please use detergent without bleach. To dry, either hang up or put in the tumble dryer. Regular washing in the washing machine will extend the life of your Heymat doormat and should be carried out 2 to 4 times a year.
