Modern interpretation: GHOST Floor Lamp Woud
The Ghost Floor lamp is a modern interpretation of the antique oil lamps. The slender metal rod surrounds the lampshade protectively, while the overlapping bracket acts as a handle for carrying the lamp around. The shade is made of translucent opal glass and gives the illusion of a white fabric thrown over the light source. Similar to a ghost in the air. What is particularly refined is the subtle vertical groove pattern on the surface, which gradually fades out towards the top and emphasises the sculptural character of the design lamp.
