With the Fly series, the design studio Space Copenhagen has developed a look that captivates with its sculptural approach, but without sacrificing comfort. In their style, the seating furniture of the Fly series is oriented towards the classic Nordic aesthetics. They convince with their organic shape and solid craftsmanship as well as their comfort-optimised design with loose cushions that can be arranged according to one's own needs.
Design Studio Space Copenhagen
Space Copenhagen was founded in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. The design studio works in different disciplines, besides furniture and lighting they also design art installations of all kinds as well as interior design for private houses, hotels and restaurants. The studio's aim is to break new ground in design, balancing opposites such as classic and modern, industrial and organic, sculptural and minimal or light and shadow.
Material and format
The sofa is made of oak wood and CMHR foam and feather cushions. It is 162 or 240 cm wide, 80 cm deep and 70 cm high.

- Remix: 90% new wool (combed), 10% nylon
- Hallingdal: 70% new wool, 30% viscose
- Steelcut Trio: 90% new wool (combed), 10% nylon
