The FAD floor lamp by Santa & Cole designed by Miguel Milá is an elegant piece of work.
The FAD was designed for the first offices of the Society of Fine Arts in Barcelon. A stable wenge construction, hollowed out in the middle, serves as a shaft for a white linen lampshade. The hollowed-out part is closed by a cross-shaped lamp base.
The FAD is a mixture of solid and hollow, the black wood and the bright white of the linen lampshade, sobriety and elegance.
The base extends to the four endpoints of the compass, without unnecessary drama or tension: it is a cross that strives towards the light , simple and basic, reaching upwards in vertical symmetry.

Material and format
FAD has a diameter of 49 cm. The height is adjustable in the range 120-150 cm. The frame is made of natural oak wood and the lampshade is made of white linen.
