Under pressure: Espresso machine 9090/6 from Alessi. That our Italian neighbors are known for excellent coffee is nothing new. The 9090/6 espresso maker holds six cups. A bit too much: You can also order the Alessi espresso machine online with a capacity of three cups.
Material and size
The Alessi coffee machine is made of high quality stainless steel. It is shiny polished, so 9090 is a real gem. The design espresso maker 20.5 cm high. The diameter is 12.5 cm. As already mentioned, you can elicit the espresso machine six cups of wonderful espresso.
How it works: Fill the bottom container with water, add ground coffee, heat everything on the stove and be patient. Due to the resulting pressure, the hot water shoots up through the filter.
Coffee type
There are many ways to prepare your coffee. For coffee minimalists, of course, a classic espresso is the highest of all feelings. It can be a bit reduced still: A Ristretto is an espresso with less water.
If an espresso is too strong, then order an espresso Lungo. A cappuccino is an espresso with a milk foam crown. By the way, Italians think it's a mistake to drink a cappuccino after dinner.
Suitable for induction cookers.
