A guarantee for timeless design: Egon Eiermann
Egon Eiermann (1904 to 1970) was a famous German architect and furniture designer, whose ideas are still a defining feature of modern, timeless design today. Many of his designs are still available today. Eiermann was the first to develop series furniture after the Second World War that not only held its own in international design comparisons, but also scored highly. Whether table frame, tubular steel chair or wicker chair: Eiermann's legacy is a great one.
Richard Lampert: Design made in Germany
In 1993, Richard Lampert founded his company in Stuttgart with the aim of industrially producing furniture and everyday objects that combine quality craftsmanship, design and sustainability. Richard Lampert's collections cover a wide range of areas from outdoor furniture to living spaces and offices. Well-known designers such as Egon Eiermann and Herbert Hirche stand alongside unconventional and lesser-known international designers.
Material and format
The tabletop of the designer children's desk from Richard Lampert is available in white melamine with a 28 mm oak edge or in Smokey blue 4179
linoleum with a 30 mm oak edge. The underside of the linoleum top is always melamine white and may show slight cracks in the wood. The pins for adjusting the height of the desk (from 55 - 72 cm) are always silver-coloured. The Turtle chair and Fixx pedestal are available to match the Eiermann children's desk.
