Material and format

The Eames House Bird figurine is made of solid alder wood, skilfully lacquered black to ensure an elegant appearance. Two graceful legs made of fine iron wire complete the masterpiece. But the centrepiece is undoubtedly the eyes, which are made of sparkling glass and give the bird's face a touch of life.

The wood used comes from Western Europe and Poland. The figurine is 27.6 cm high, 27.8 cm deep and 8.5 cm wide.
