Designer Hee Welling
Danish designer Hee Welling studied at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki and completed his Master's degree in furniture design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. He founded his own studio in Copenhagen in 2003 and has since designed furniture, interiors, lighting and industrial design. Welling has received several awards, including the BoBedre Design Award (Denmark) and the Good Design Award (USA).
His designs have been used in international facilities such as the Oslo Opera House, the Australian Parliament and Amazon's headquarters. As the son of a cabinetmaker, he has a strong fascination for production techniques and materials. It is therefore not surprising that his credo is to develop technically sophisticated products that are nevertheless accessible to a wide audience.
Material and format
The frame of the Drip table system, lightweight yet robust, can be assembled in no time at all and is available in two stylish versions: classic black or elegant bronze. The table top, the centrepiece of the design, offers an impressive choice of materials to meet your individual requirements. Choose between Fenix nano laminate, Forbo linoleum or the warm nuances of oak or walnut veneer.
