Sea breeze: the Dokka pendant lamp by Northern. The lamp is so refreshingly minimalistic and wonderfully fresh that it gives each room a flash a colorful rejuvenation.
Despite its graceful size, the Dokka lamp has a lot to offer in terms of designs: Dokka was the first lamp from Norway, which was awarded a gold medal at the Triennale di Milano.
Different colours
What colour would you like to have? Classic white or black, modern dark grey or how about petrol or aqua green? You have the choice! What unites all the colours is the matt finish. Matte colours look a bit more elegant and classy compared to their high-gloss siblings. In order for the light to shine well, the inside of the lampshade is white.
Material and size
The Dokka pendant lamp by Northern is made of high quality steel. With the white lampshade the plastic cable is white, black for all other versions. The design lamp is 24.5 cm high and 16.5 cm wide. The corresponding canopy has a size of 5.5 cm x 12 cm.
Northern
The witty design of the Dokka lamp is thanks to Birger Dahl. That the luminaire beauty was designed in 1954, you do not see. Birger Dahl (1916-1998) was a pioneer in Scandinavian lighting design. The graceful Birdy light - which you can also order online in our shop - also comes from Birger Dahl.
Please note that the bulb is not included.
