It was designed by the Finnish designer Oiva Toikka for the children's collection Me too by Magis. Finnish designer Toikka died in 2019 at the age of 88

The Finnish designer Oiva Toikka designed Dodo in 2009, at which time the designer was already almost eighty years old! He passed away in 2019, but his beautiful works are not only remembered, they are still best sellers. Oiva Toikka was especially talented in glass art - where he was considered one of the most famous designers worldwide.

The funny design rocking bird Dodo by Magis is made of the high-quality plastic polyethylene and is also suitable for outdoor use. Dodo is 41.5 cm wide, 86 cm deep and 58.5 cm high. The seat height is 35.5 cm. And because Dodo is not only a funny but also a colourful bird, it is available in the cheerful colours pink, yellow, turquoise, white and green.
