A small round shape, an aluminium casting with ergonomic handle and a lid made of thermoplastic resin - the DC06 Moka espresso maker from Alessi improves everyday coffee enjoyment.
The Moka stove is meant to be a praise and a reminder of the classic Mokka machines from the 1930s. Designer David Chipperfield has breathed new life into the cult object and given it an unmistakable shape that clearly reminds us of the bellyiness of traditional Moka.
Material and size
The espresso maker is made of cast aluminium with a PA handle and knob. It is available in three sizes to accommodate one, three or six cups of espresso.
