The Dala Series by Designer Stephen Burks
Designer Stephen Burks has taken inspiration for his exciting Dala collection from handicrafts and improvised seating from the developing world. Each piece is based on a powder-coated aluminium frame into which the colourful strands of innovative Dedon fibre are woven. Each piece is a piece of craftsmanship, as the outer structure is handmade by Dedon's own weavers .
Material and format
The Dala Lounge Chair is based on an aluminium frame with electrostatic powder coating. The woven cover - available in five colour finishes - is made of high-density polyethylene fibres (HDPE).
The armchair measures 96 cm in width, 97 cm in depth and 78 cm in height. The seat height - including the seat cushion - is 41 cm. You can choose from 8 colour variations for the cosy upholstery. The cushion covers can be removed and washed.

Note: The outdoor chair is best cleaned with a soft cloth and warm water. Contact with chlorinated swimming pool water should be avoided. Places that have been splashed with chlorinated water should be cleaned immediately with normal water.
