Bright spot: the Coupé wall lamp by Oluce. The sweeping arm perfectly illuminates the reading armchair or the dining room table.
The beautiful lamp is attached with a bracket to the wall. The highlight: The lampshade can be turned in the desired direction and the designer lamp is also height-adjustable.
The Coupé wall light is available in high-gloss black as well as in high-gloss white. Tone in tone: The colour of the wall holder has the same colour as the aluminum lampshade. The arm, however, is made of shiny chrome-plated metal. Luminaires with a maximum of 100 watt (E27) ensure excellent illumination.
Awarded design
The designer lamp won the "International Design Award" in 1968 and is part of the permanent exhibition of the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in New York as well as the Munich design museum "Neue Sammlung".
Designer
Even though he died far too early at the age of 41, Joe Colombo still left a great legacy to the design world. Where other designers shine with distinguished restraint Colombo "cracked it" creatively. Colombo has never neglected function. The result: Futuristic design, abstract, paired with function. Groundbreaking design.
