Got the hang of it: the Coupé floor light by Oluce. It was designed by Joe Colombo, which is inextricably linked with the Italian lighting manufacturer Oluce. This lamp is a new edition of the Orignal Light from 1967.
The motto of the Coupé arc lamp by Oluce: Excite! The projecting lampshade extends far into the room and offers a great view in the living or dining room. The base is cut round and back at the front. This makes the Coupé floor lamp easy to place against a wall.
Black-white
We offer the Coupé 3320 / R designer lamp in two colours: in white and black. With the plastic handle on the side you can adjust the desired height. Even if the light comes in a bewitching simplicity, the production process is far more difficult to accomplish than it seems. Also available is the Coupé wall light.
Designer
The designerNo other than Joe Colombo is behind the extravagant lighting design. Although the designer died in 1971 and the design is therefore more than forty years old, one of the lamps from the Coupé collection 2016 was awarded with a prize: the Wallpaper Award. The jury included international designer such as Patricia Urquiola and Konstantin Grcic.
